Luxury caravan sited Feb 2005. Fully equipped with many extras, eg hoover,iron and ironing board. Sited near the swimming pool, lake, funfair and multi sport courts. All the haven entertainment and the sandy beach nearby, you can walk along the beach to filey. Scarborough and bridlington not to faraway. Flamingoland and Heartbeat countryside not to far away, Also about an hour away the lovely City of York, which is seeped in history.

For the comfort of all our guests, Pets and Smoking are not permitted within the caravan. Breakages must be reported the owner so the they maybe replaced. whilst we expect the odd breakages. Significant damage will be recouped from the hiring party. Primrose Valley does not permit single sex parties staying in any one caravan. Please respect all Park Rules. As Primrose Valley reserve the right to remove off park, any offending guest or guests. In such cases all monies paid are forfitted. We do not Accept Liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party. We strongly recommend that you take Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses etc;.
