. Deposit
A £80 per week non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This is payable within one week of the reservation, otherwise the caravan will be re-let.
2. Balance Due
The balance is due eight weeks before commencement of the holiday. If this is not received by the due date we reserve the right to re-let and your booking will be cancelled, late cancellation charges detailed below will apply. Any booking commencing less than 8 weeks in advance full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Once you have returned a booking form and it has been confirmed in writing by us, a binding agreement has been made.
3. Letting Arrangements
Arrival time from 14.00 pm at the commencement of your holiday. With a strict departure time of 10.00 am. Keys will be available from Haven reception upon arrival and must be returned upon departure. Lost keys will be charged at £10.00 per set.
4. Accommodation
Only people listed on the booking form may use the caravan. Breaking this rule may result in immediate loss of holiday with no refund.
As Primrose Valley is a family park NO all male or female groups are allowed. The hirer must be over 21 years of age.
If any member of your party causes any damage or there are any breakages to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation, please inform the owner before the end of your stay. We will arrange a replacement and send you the bill. The hirer is responsible for all the party.
If the caravan is left in an untidy and dirty condition, you agree to pay an additional cost of £50.00 to cover administration and cleaning costs. To prove that the caravan is left in an unsatisfactory condition, photographs may be taken before the caravan is cleaned.
For the comfort of other guests the caravan is NON SMOKING and we do not allow any pets.
Duvets and pillows are provided but you are responsible for providing your own linen, alternatively a linen pack can be hired from the site for a moderate charge.
5. Entertainment Passes
Funworks passes are not included in the holiday price but if you wish to take advantage of the entertainment and sports facilities on site passes must requested and paid for at the time of booking and will be available for collection at Haven reception. No refund will be given on passes if holiday is cancelled.
6. Behaviour
If in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
7. Cancellation
Any cancellations must be made in writing, a telephone cancellation has to be confirmed in writing within seven days. Written cancellations should be sent by recorded delivery the following charges will apply to all cancellations:-
56 days or more - Loss of deposit
55-29 days - 50% of the total cost
28 days or less - 100% of the total cost
8. Liability
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage to you or any member of your party. We strongly recommend that you take out personal holiday insurance to cover you against loss, damages etc.
