Deposits
A £50.00 per week deposits is required at the time of booking. This is payable within one week of
reservation, otherwise the caravan may be re-let.
Balance Of Hire
This is payable within 6 weeks of commencement of the holiday.If this is not received the booking will be cancelled. No deposit will be returned.
Letting Arrangements
Weekly bookings are from 4.00pm on date of arrival until 10.00am on the date of departure. Keys to the caravan are available at reception or by prior arrangement on arrival.
Accommodation
The accommodation must only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park we cannot accept bookings for all male or all female parties.
For reasons of hygiene and subsequent parties we DO NOT allow pets and would ask that you DO NOT smoke whilst in the caravan.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy at the end of your occupancy. Any breakage's or damage to the furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer.
Quilts and pillows are provided, (Bed linen provided)
Behavior
If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
