Our caravans and facilities are intended for family holidays. Bookings from groups of people aged 21 years or younger, whether single sex or mixed, will not be accepted, due to the fact this is a family orientated park. We also reserve the right to not accept single sex groups of any age group. We may apply discretion in certain circumstances but only with prior consent. Failure to supply this information when asked may result in part or full cancellation of the group’s holiday. We reserve the right to retain the keys for accommodation if this condition is contravened. We also reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking on arrival or during your stay where we feel that the comfort of other guests may be put at risk.
Deposit
A £50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your week.
If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday, please phone or email us in the first instance, then notify us in writing within 5 days. The deposit is non refundable, although if you do cancel you will receive a voucher for £50.00 to use against a future holiday with us.
Balance
The balance of the holiday is due no less than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If we do not receive within this time you may lose your week and the deposit will not be retuned.
Booking Form
The booking form must be sent together with the £50.00 deposit to arrive with 7 days of your provisional booking. If we do not receive within 7 days you may lose your week.
Arrival & Departure
Booking in time is between 3pm – 6pm on the start date of your holiday. Keys can be collected at the main reception. Please take your holiday confirmation details and Key Release Form with you (you will not be given keys without this).
Departure time is no later than 10.30 on the final day of your holiday. Keys need to be handed into the main reception. Any lost keys will be charged at £10.00 per set
Accommodation
The caravan may only be used by the persons named on the booking form; the person who has signed the booking form will be responsible for the conduct of the entire party. We only accept bookings from families, same sex groups and young singles are not permitted to hire the caravan.
We dot not allow pets to stay in our caravan and ask that you do not smoke anywhere inside the caravan.
Whilst we would like you to enjoy your holiday to the full, we do ask that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy state. Any loss or damage to the fixture, fittings, or inventory must be paid for by the hirer. This will be deducted from your bond.
The caravan will be fully cleaned and inspected shortly after your departure; if everything is ok your bond will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure date.
Funworks Passes
The Funworks passes are not included in the cost of your holiday you are paying for the accommodation only. If required these can be purchased at reception on arrival.
Conduct
If either the Park Manager or a member of the Primrose-valley caravan’s team believe any member of your party is guilty of conduct which is disruptive to the running of the park of the well-being of other holiday makers you may be removed from the park and we will re-take possession of the caravan immediately. You will not receive any refund or compensation should this occur.
Liability
Primrose-valley caravans does not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by or caused by you or any member of your party. |
