Deposit.
A £50.00 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. This must be received by us within 5 days of reservation, otherwise the caravan may be re-let. (Please make all cheques payable to Mrs G Reid.)
Balance.
The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. If your holiday date is less than 8 weeks away at the time of booking the full amount is due.
Letting arrangements.
Arrival time no earlier than 2.30pm. Keys will be available from 2.30pm from Reception on production of key release form.
Departure time to be no later than 10am. Keys must be handed in at Reception on departure. Lost keys will be charged for at £10 per set.
Accommodation.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male / all female parties.
For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets and would ask that you do not smoke in the caravan.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer.
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Behaviour.
If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Liability.
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
Cancellation.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and NOTIFY US IN WRITING within 3 days.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:
