Situated on the exclusive Magnolia Court, adjacent to Swimming complex and new “AquaBar”, but in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac.

Accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms.

A further double bed can be made up in the lounge.

Separate toilet and shower room.

Large lounge with gas fire. Seperate dining area.

Luxury kitchen with double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster etc.

TV/Video combination, and CD mini HiFi, and hair dryer provided.

Fully heated (radiators throughout)

Gas and Electricity included. (Piped gas, not bottles.)

1.             If cancelled within 30 days of the start of the holiday the hirer will be liable for the total cost of the holiday. The date of cancellation is the date on which written notice is received by us.

2.             The hirer will be liable for the replacement/repair of all items of furniture, fittings, utensils, and equipment which may have been broken, lost, damaged or destroyed during the period of occupation.

3.             The hirer will ensure that the caravan and all its contents are left in a clean condition.

4.             On the day of arrival keys may be collected any time after 1:30 pm. But in the unlikely event that the accommodation is not ready clients must be prepared to wait before taking possession. The keys must be handed back to reception by 10:00 at the latest on the day of departure.

5.             The number of occupants shall under no circumstances exceed the number declared on the booking form.

6.             Deep fat fryers or chip pans are not allowed in the caravan due to the high risk of fire.

7.             No pets of any description are to be allowed in the accommodation.

8.             No singles parties are allowed on the Primrose Valley Caravan Park.

9.           The balance of the payment for the holiday must be paid no later than one month before commencement of the holiday.

10.            All other Haven Leisure conditions as published in their brochure shall also apply.
